By using Saely, you agree to these terms. The most important things: you own your data, nothing sends without your approval, and we will never sell your information.

By creating an account or using Saely, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Saely. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Saely is an AI-powered business assistant that connects to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Calendar, and other integrations to generate a personalised daily brief and assist with business tasks. Saely drafts actions for your review — nothing is sent or executed without your explicit approval.
When connected to your email account — Gmail or Outlook — Saely can send approved emails directly from your account on your behalf. When connected to your calendar — Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar — Saely can read your schedule and create or update calendar events on your behalf, always requiring your explicit approval before any change is made.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately at support@saely.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person. Each account is for one individual user.
You agree not to use Saely to:
You own your data. Saely does not claim any ownership over the content of your emails, calendar events, client information, or any other data you connect to or enter into the service.
By using Saely, you grant us a limited licence to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This licence terminates immediately when you delete your account.
Saely's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the features described in this service. It is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, used for serving advertisements, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Saely requests the following Google permissions:
You can revoke Saely's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions.
Saely's use of Microsoft user data complies with Microsoft's API terms of service and the Microsoft Graph API acceptable use policy.
Data obtained from Microsoft APIs is used only to provide and improve the features described in this service. It is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, used for serving advertisements, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Saely requests the following Microsoft permissions:
You can revoke Saely's access to your Microsoft account at any time via Microsoft account permissions.
Saely is a paid subscription service. Pricing is displayed at saely.app. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Founding Member pricing is locked at the rate you signed up at for as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, standard pricing applies.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us at support@saely.app and we will resolve it or provide a credit.
New users receive one free brief generation. No payment information is required for the free brief. After the free brief, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
We aim to keep Saely available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update the service, or experience downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability, provided we have made reasonable efforts to maintain the service.
Saely uses AI to generate briefs, draft emails, and surface insights. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before approving any action. Saely is a tool to assist your decision-making, not to replace it.
All email and calendar actions — whether executed via Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Microsoft Calendar — require your explicit approval before Saely takes any action.
Nothing in Saely's output constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.
The Saely platform, including its design, code, AI systems, and branding, is owned by Tushen Tech LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform without our written permission.
The memory architecture, hallucination prevention system, and relevance scoring formula are proprietary innovations of Tushen Tech LLC.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tushen Tech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Saely. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where Tushen Tech LLC is registered.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days notice before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
